Yes we are registered with all childcare vouchers
On your registration forms you can list those that are authorised to collect your child at any time. If someone needs to collect your child unexpectedly then this is okay as long as the office are informed and the person collecting has the password in which you created upon your child starting the setting
You can get daily information from the family app regarding sleep, food etc and things in which your child has been getting up to in the day. You can also see all observations and development on the app. We also hold regular parents weeks where you can book a one to one appointment with your keyworker to discuss your childs development
If you collect your child late there will be a late fee charge added onto next months bill
We offer a homecooked meal each lunchtime and a tea time snack in the evening
We accept think 2 funded children

We have a 48 hour policy for any sickness bugs
You can supply food for children within the babyroom but these have to be sealed pouches upon arrival to the setting
We work with each family as individuals. If you feel your child is ready then we work with you to what you are doing at home. Likewise if we feel your child kis ready then we will discuss this and work out a plan of action with parents.
You will need to let the setting know if your child will not be attending in accordance to our safeguarding and absence policy.
The nursery is open 51 weeks of the year
If your child is ill at nursery parents will be contacted. Dependent on how severe the illness we may ask you to collect your child or we may ask for permission for medicine
Your child can have a sleep throughout the day. Babies tend to stick to their own routine from home however as they get older they tend to fit into the nursery routine of a sleep after lunch however if they aren’t ready for this its not a problem
We can administer medication that has been supplied by parents as long as prior consent is given
If your child has an accident at nursery then an accident form is filled out on our communication app. If the accident is severe or any bump to the head will telephone parents immediatley
We aim for all staff to be first aid trained. There is always a first aider on site
All staff are DBS checked before they can work within the setting
You will be invoiced on the first of each month and the invoice has to be settled within 7 days. You can pay cash, bank transfer or with childcare voucher
To cancel any childcare you will be required to give 4 weeks written notice to the office
You can drop off and collect your child at anytime during the times of your allocated session
All staff and the cook will be made aware of your childs allergies. All food allergies will be prepped for accordingly within the kitchen. All staff have had allergy awareness training.
Yes however we cannot be responsible for any items from the home that get brought into the setting if lost or damaged.
